Particle Flow & Multiphysics
The transport of grains, sediments, and particles in various industrial processes is modeled through computational simulations. These analyses provide both qualitative insight into flow patterns and quantitative data such as particle counts and mass flow rates—enabling process optimization and informed operational decisions.
Silo Flow Discharge
Numerical simulations at different flow rates were performed to analyze the dimensional parameters of the design. This approach allowed us to evaluate how variations in flow conditions influence the overall performance and efficiency of the system, helping to identify critical geometric features that govern the flow behavior.

Numerical simulations provide both qualitative and quantitative insight into particle transport. The qualitative analysis helps understand the flow patterns, while the quantitative results allow tracking the number of particles and calculating the mass flow rate at each time step. This is key for evaluating injection performance and optimizing industrial processes under realistic operating conditions.
